Tom Willingham has extensive experience in both line management and consulting roles. He has worked with over 30 manufacturing and service facilities to build strong teams and improve their operations. Most recently

 

Tom has focused his efforts on helping middle market companies in Southern California to improve their operational and managerial skills through lean manufacturing and integrated performance management techniques.

 

Tom is the founder of Dynamic Performance Software, an operational improvement monitoring program.

 

Tom has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, MS in Industrial Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California.
